Yemeni-Korean high technical institute to be constructed
[08/July/2007] SANA'A, July 08 (Saba)- Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Hajri discussed, on Sunday, with the delegation of the Korean University for Technologies and Learning special studies for constructing the Yemeni-Korean high technical institute supplied by the World Bank. The delegation would make
field visits to a number of vocational training institutions in Yemen for acquainting with learning process there.

During the meeting, the two parts discussed cooperation relations between Yemen and Korea in the field of technical education and
means of enhancing and improving them.

Hajri presented an overview on the system of technical education and vocational training in Yemen and the national strategy prepared by
his ministry in cooperation with the WB for improving fields of technical education, expressing the ministry readiness of providing
all facilitations and information the team needs to conduct its work.
