SANA'A, July 04 (Saba)- The deputy of the Secretariat Capital Muhammad al-Surmi discussed here on Wednesday with the vice-head of
the International Circle at the North Korean Labor Party Kim Loung, aspects of cooperation between the capitals of the two friendly
countries and the means of improving them.
Al-Surmi reviewed the Yemeni experience of local governance and the gradual transferring to the administrative and financial
decentralization system, referring to the developmental achievements that have been made through practicing the local council experience.
The Korean official expressed its country's desire to gain advantage from the Yemeni experience in the field of practicing local
governance, showing the North Korea's readiness to boost bilateral relations with Yemen to achieve the common interests of the two
