Report: Army inflicts Saudi troop heavy losses over 24 hour
SANAA, May 17 (Saba) – The Yemen Army and popular committees have launched military offensive operation on Saudi soldiers and militias sites and gatherings and shot down a spy plane over the 24 hours, according to military reports combined by Saba News Agency on Thursday.
In Najran Saudi border province, the army and committees repelled a large-scale infiltration of Saudi-paid mercenaries in Adhiaq mountsrange, killing, wounding dozens and destroying a military vehicle.
Also in Najran, artillery shelling targeted sites of the mercenaries in Boqea desert.
In border province of Asir, an unique offensive operation was waged on mercenaries’ sites in Sood hills, killing and wounding many of them.
Also in Asir, two of mercenaries’ military vehicles were destroyed during the offensive in Sood hills.
In West coast front of Taiz province,an armored and a military vehicle, carrying a 50-caliber machine gun, belonging to the mercenaries in the West Coast Front by guided missiles.
In Saada province,Yemeni air defenses shot down coalition’s spy plane in Munabeh border district.
In Jawf province, five military vehicles were destroyed by explosive devices in Sabrain and Mahamisha fronts of Khub-washaaf district.
