Two boats seized over smuggling Africans to Yemen [01/سبتمبر/2010]
SANA'A, Sep.01(Saba)-The coastguard police in Khor Omeria ,Lahj province, has seized two boats suspected of smuggling African refuges from Djibouti to Yemen, Interior Ministry reported on Wednesday.
One of the boats was seized in the castle of Sirah and the other in the island, the police said noting that the two boats are belonging to a Yemeni fisherman and he was arrested with his sailors.
The two boats were taken to Ras al-Arah area and kept therein with the navy for legal procedures, the police inicated.
